When we no longer need to keep certain data we destroy paper documents securely by shredding and delete the electronic record in the BBI Services Ltd. accounting and other software systems. Data will only be retained when it is necessary to meet with UK statutory requirements. We only retain contact information for as long as it is relevant for day to day contact. We are subject to the law like everyone else. We may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order.

Under GDPR you may review or update the personally identifiable information that we hold about you and seek correction of personal information. We will ask for proof of ID before allowing access. We will then ensure that the information we hold is corrected and updated or deleted.
