Paul was initially involved in the manufacturing industry and was trained in Japan, specifically on the Toyota Production System.

John also has the ability to lead, coach, and develop the capabilities of employees at all levels in organisations within the Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Transportation and Construction sectors resulting in major improvements to business performance.

Martin has worked internationally across multiple industry sectors (Logistics, Manufacturing, RF Engineering, Rail & Civil Engineering, Financial Services and Telecomms to name but a few) and has extensive experience in strategic and tactical implementations of Lean, Six Sigma and general process improvement in all. His primary focus has always centred on operational performance – specifically Quality, Cost and Delivery and he has helped many organisations to turn around underperforming areas, always with the customer (internal and external) at the forefront. A secondary, but no less important emphasis, has always been on the development of the capabilities of individuals in these organisations to leave them with a level of self-sufficiency for dealing with future challenges.

Andy is an experienced business transformation specialist with a track record of addressing the fundamentals in complex and highly pressurised environments. He has over 25 years of leading business-wide change across a large variety of industries from aviation to retail to construction. Career highlights include commissioning a new facility and establishing the business improvement team within the Rotatives business unit for Rolls-Royce, supporting the Thames Tideway team achieve programme and leading several multi-national blue-chip businesses in their transformation journey to achieve enterprise excellence over multi-year programmes. He holds a fellowship in Manufacturing Management from Cranfield University.
