The Learning Experience

Maximum class size of 8-10

A blended approach including e-Learning modules will teach you the core fundamentals of the improvement tools and techniques. This is followed by a series of practical workshops, where you will truly explore, practice and realise benefits of the Improvement Practitioner Programme through a construction project simulation, where you’ll be able to review and apply your newly learned techniques. The next step is to support you through the implementation of your own improvement project, where you will release real impacts and benefits across your business.

The learning experience is fully accredited by Cardiff University. Upon completion, you’ll also receive a Level 1 Certificate of Competency. This is the only qualification of its kind in the built environment industry.
